Bioshock Infinite Review

By Ayodeji “Vatsu” Asagba

After a grueling Holiday 2012 delay, the prequel to the watery cities of Rapture from Bioshock 1 and 2, Bioshock Infinite (PS3/360/PC), is here. As the latest entry in the storied ‘shock’ games you can already expect a few things, namely engaging combat, an engrossing world and a memorable story. And in these details you would be spot on, as the delay allowed 2K Games to produce something truly breathtaking. Every one of Bioshock Infinite’s components is so polished and detailed that it’s hard (so very hard) to put the controller down and play in short bursts. This is a game to be savored, one that sets the bar a bit higher for open world FPS story based gaming, and is easily one of the most rewarding experiences you will have this gaming cycle.
