From Ming to Modern: Newark Museum’s Latest Exhibit

I would highly recommend that NJIT students visit Newark Museum’s newest exhibit:

“From Ming to Modern: Elevating Everyday in Chinese Art.” This exhibit contains highly diverse works of art that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. The items on display include a range of paintings, clothing, ceramics, metal wares, and lacquer-wares. Though these were considered everyday items during this time, if these items could talk, I know that they would tell fascinating stories about Ancient China.Did you know that Newark students get FREE admission to the museum? If you would like to take a break from the hustle and bustle of college life, make sure to stop by. I guarantee that it will be an interesting learning experience for you.
