The International Game Developers Association is a forum for NJIT students interested in game development. More than just game development, it is a space for people to bond over and create original games. Alex Patchedjiev, fourth-year Computer Science major and president of IGDA, is incredibly proud of the club’s work and is impressed by the members’ talent. In the fall semester, IGDA hosted the October Game Jam, and they have an upcoming grand Student Game Expo on April 25. No experience is needed to participate! IGDA regularly meets on the third floor of GITC, offering a wide variety of events, including workshops, social meetings, and game developing sessions.
You can find them on Discord at https://discord.gg/thVyCC6. If you are looking to hone your game development skills, this is definitely the club to join!
