3:47 PM Officer issued a Blue Summons for an Open Container to a non-affiliate at Nesbitt and Orange St.

5:18 PM A non-affiliate was arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop at Sussex Ave. and Dey St. for

Possession of CDS.

9:56 PM Officer issued a Blue Summons to a Montclair State Student for Public Urination at 263 MLK Blvd.

10:40 PM Officers arrested a non-affiliate on MLK Blvd. for an Open Warrant subsequent to a motor vehicle

stop.

4/17/16

12:19 AM Officers arrested a non-affiliate on University Ave. and Orange St. for Open Warrant. Subject was

also issued a Blue Summons for Public Urination.

1:49 AM Officers arrested a non-affiliate for an Open Warrant on Central and Sussex Ave subsequent to a

motor vehicle stop.

4:53 PM A non-affiliate was arrested for an Open Warrant at 180 Bleeker St.

4/18/16

11:14 AM Resident Student reported she was involved in three domestic violence incidents that occurred in

January, March and the most recent on April 15 of this year. The incidents included her ex-

boyfriend throwing her on the ground and sending harassing E-mails. The student declined to

File any charges or obtain a restraining order.

3:07 PM Officers arrested to non-affiliates on Norfolk and Hartford Streets for Possession of CDS.

7:12 PM A non-affiliate was arrested at University and Central Ave. for Open Warrants.

4/19/16

2:25 PM Officers arrested a non-affiliate at Lock and New Streets for Possession of CDS.

3:59 PM Officers arrested a non-affiliate for an Open Warrant at Central Ave and MLK Blvd. Two

summonses were also issued for motor vehicle violations.

4/20/16

8:46 AM Student reported the theft of a Tablet that was left unattended in Faculty Hall room 108.

10:44 AM Officers arrested a non-affiliate at Nesbitt and Orange Streets for CDS.

2:55 PM Officers arrested a Rutgers Student at Bleeker St. and University Ave. for the Possession

of CDS.

9:45 PM Two students reported the theft of their North Face Bookbags from 80 Lock Street.

4/21/16

11:54 AM Staff Member reported 6 (six) wireless access points were taken from the third and fourth floors

of Faculty Hall on March 29.

2:26 PM A contractor reported his Red Honda Civic was stolen between 12:20pm and 2:15pm while parked

on New and Wilsey Streets. A witness observed the vehicle being driven west on Warren

Street by an unknown individual.

8:55 PM A student reported while his vehicle was parked on the basement level of the Parking Deck, his tires

were slashed and there was a scrape on the driver’s side door.

10:07 PM Two students reported a plaque was broken off their architecture project that was displayed outside

of the brick sculptures on Summit Place.

10:45 PM Officer issued summons to a Rutgers Student at 297 MLK Blvd for an Open Container.
